No Returns

  • We do not accept returns on any items.

Exchanges/Alterations

  • We offer exchanges and alterations based on the size chart or your provided measurements. If you need an exchange or alteration, please contact your account manager.

No Refunds, Only Repair

  • We do not issue refunds. Repairs are available for items that are defective, damaged, or need alterations after purchase. Contact your account manager to initiate a repair.

  • Repairs will be processed using your original payment method.

  • Repairs will be completed within 30 days of receiving the defective/damaged item.

Returning Goods for Repair

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods for repair. Please send the goods to:

  • We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a repair without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

  • For partial payments, please get in touch with your account manager.

  • If you have any issues, please contact the agent who generated your invoice. They are your personal account manager and are here to assist you.

International Payments

  • We accept payments in nearly 100 currencies, auto-converted in real-time.

  • Save and download your invoice as a PDF for future reference.

Gifts

  • If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
