No Returns
We do not accept returns on any items.
Exchanges/Alterations
We offer exchanges and alterations based on the size chart or measurements you provided. If you need an exchange or alteration, please contact your account manager.
No Refunds, Only Repair
We do not issue refunds. Repairs are available for items that are defective, damaged, or need alterations after purchase. Contact your account manager to initiate a repair.
Repairs will be processed using your original payment method.
Repairs will be completed within 30 days of receiving the defective/damaged item.
Returning Goods for Repair
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods for repair. Please send the goods to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a repair without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
